Markus's journey took a bold turn when he moved to Sydney 17 years ago, bringing with him a spirit of love for exquisite cuisine, impeccable wines, and a natural flair for business. With an impressive 20 years of management experience in the hospitality industry, Markus has not only navigated the intricate world of flavours but has also mastered the art of orchestrating unforgettable experiences.

Drawing from a background of culinary excellence, Markus honed his skills at one of Italy's finest culinary and wine education schools, an experience that nurtured his innate love for both food and wine. His commitment to his craft is showcased by the creation of uncountable wine lists, a WSET certificate and a personal wine collection are a testament to his unending pursuit of wine knowledge.

Meet Stefano, a hospitality professional originally from  Italy. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Stefano's journey began with a deep passion for wine, which evolved as soon as he stepped foot into the world of hospitality. Since then, his love for wines has only grown stronger, leading him on an exciting quest to explore and discover new wines and producers, each with a unique and fascinating story behind it.

Stefano's dedication to the world of wines goes beyond just his experience in the field. He has undertaken extensive training and education to sharp his knowledge, earning certifications such as WSET Level 2 & 3 and following the Italian AIS sommelier courses. These qualifications have further fuelled his commitment to understanding and appreciating the world of winemaking, grape varieties, and regional nuances.

 His passion for wine, coupled with his rich background in hospitality, makes him an invaluable asset to any wine enthusiast seeking to embark on a memorable oenological journey.
